The AA rotation technique in sitting can be made more effective and comfortable with gaze (eye movement) and light isometric cervical rotation. If a patient is limited in cervical retraction and rotation to the same side as their unilateral headache, I use this technique to improve cervical rotation, and it usually centralizes and abolishes the headache as well. Then the patient can follow up with repeated cervical retraction and rotation with overpressure to the same side. Are you a patient in need of my help?
