Rich countries have unions. Unions screw companies as much as the companies screw workers. The end result is the customer pays through the nose. In poor countries unions would bankrupt a viable business overnight and all workers would suffer. I’ve interpreted your comment as condescending towards these guys and the conditions they work under.
@@DC-wp6oj They won't have much future building things so crudely and ineficiently. And their health is at risk too. Unions raised up the living standards of workers worldwide, reduced worker health and safety issues and also helped businesses thrive. Obciously Pakistan doesn't have its act together or the people would be better off. Sorry if that offends anyone but it doesn't have to be that way.
i watch and support these man. I dont know much about their culture so I cant compare it to mine. But one thing for sure is they all work hard. Something most our young Americans will never understand.
To those who might not know how Americans do this. I work in automotive stamping and welding UAW. The car companies have massive automatic stamping dies made and automatic welding cells made that literally costs millions of dollars just to do a couple parts out of the hundreds of stampings and welded assemblies. Which is why your car costs so much. That and just one employee at my work makes a minimum of $20 per hrs up to $40 per hour and then × that 1.5 for anything after 40 hours a week and double that for work on Sundays. I make about $60,000- $90,000 per year and there's no chance ever that I can afford a new American car.
not to mention engineers and managers and vps sitting in A?c with only system and making 4-5 lacs$ per year,i too work for CAR - manufacturer,10k employees sit in r&D
I worked in a car factory in England , everything was automated , ...robots did all of the body assembly and welding . One day the production lines came to a stop , the very last job on the line was to set the steering geometry, .....it could not be done , the body's were all faulty , it was traced back to the robots , they were programed years before to weld the body precisely, ....and they did ....year after year , eventually due to wear and tear on the robots joints , ...elbows , wrists ,.....the precision was lost , by the time it was discovered thousands of cars had been sold with border line steering , those on the line when the fault was discovered were scrapped , or given away to trying schools , with the proviso that they never get put on the highway the lack of maintenance cost them millions,
Before they are Muslims, they are Punjabis, Punjabis are in every religion, they are the best craftsmen in the world, nothings stops Punjabis from fixing or making anything, so be careful don't mess about with Punjabis.
I have worked in manufacturing all of my life, so I will always have an appreciation for the hard manual work that goes into this manufacturing process. To the fully industrialized countries..... never despise small beginings! Just some 7 decades ago General Motors Executives Quoted to the media how Japan would be making a big mistake on sending some 700 toy- cars to the USA, "the chances of selling one would be slim" It was very funny then. Guys keep up the hard work!
I buy in some non genuine panels from local suppliers and i can see where they now are made. They come in the same packaging as this.I can buy a bonnet /hood as this for £60 . So they have to make it ,sell to a middle man , export it ,sell to another middle man , then to me . I can then ,check it and use it and charge a customer after spraying and fitting. It`s amazing there is not more damage to it after being thrown across the floor .! I could work with these guys there.
Well it would be interesting to see the injury numbers but I bet it’s nowhere near as bad you’d think, for feet injury. Part of that will be these folks have spent their lives bare feet or in sandles so there brain will be wired to know better where their feet are. Far more worrying is welding without safety equipment!
As always, Pakistani workers are the best in the world. The whole World should welcome Pakistani workers and immigrants. Also the hood part, I think is for Pakistani Made Suzuki Cultus hatchback, after market. It was manufactured in Pakistan from 1998 to 2016, same model.
well no way this would be accepted by any professional car manufacturer. no primer, bare metalin all hollow spaces,no rust prevention....this will rust away in a year in northern europe or USA.
This is the mordan days of Technology if these Africans leaders should have been supporting our young talented youth by this time we have a bigger technology
The Govt of that place should help such industry to make a full fledged car and import Korean, Japanese , Turkish or Indian car engines to make their own individual cars.
