These poor brave souls working hard in sandals and bare handed while the owners get rich on the cost of their safety and health sounds like a company I want to work for. God bless these MEN and much respect to them.
I seriously doubt anyone is getting rich even remotely involved with this kind of work. This is hard stuff and the skills involved are not something there’s enough call to recruit for.
I used to weld rock crushing bodies in the 1980's for the British manufacturing firm Goodwin Barsby in Leicester We had it tough, but nothing like as rough as these guys Pakistani workers are some of the most ingenious, hardworking, and skilled in the world today I really enjoyed this one, thank you for sharing
Very difficult working conditions for these people... without specialized protective equipment, wearing sandals... I admire and sympathize with them at the same time...
To work in Germany under those circumstances is unimaginable ! The whole area looks like a battlefield, those poor guys come in sandals and without any protective clothes. The heat, the sparks .... I TAKE MY HAT OFF to all the workers there !!!! They are producing something good but it looks like we have the year 1880 or so.
The resilience of these workers it is admirable and remarkable, their productivity under the unsafe conditions where they work on, and yet I have the feeling that they are grateful to have a job to provide for their families. Very sad that rich people use these workers to increase their wealth, without providing clothing, shoes, equipment and a safe place to work on. It reminds me of America during the Barons industrial revolution ownership where if a worker lost a limb at work he was fired.😞😞
Just got to love there metallurgical department !! LOL....... these though are some special people....... they can take a fire, one wheelbarrow of shavings and make a Rolls!!
Highly skilled with perfect precious performance.Long live all with good health and with needy wealth. Respect females. Mother is goddess and father is god.
Now I gotta admit these poor souls have a rough lot in life. You can see the night cold and I don’t imagine anybody is excited about the idea of pushing those rock crushers anywhere.
I should think the majority of the workers are either deaf or suffering from some sort of lung damage such a ‘Silicosis'. The noise from the furnace will cause serious hearing damage and from heavy machinery. Not to mention the damage done to the immediate environment and further afield in the water supply.
They sure dont mind adding employees and time to the process and they talk like a heard of Alvin and the chipmunk s Good job with what they have at hand. May their God provide safe workdays.
9:19 The dude hurt his finger. Gloves would help. Although, they probably don't even know the meaning of protective equipment. I see they are all wearing steel capped sandals...
And what do you think about the employees' shoes??!! In open flip-flops in a steel mill!!!! These guys seem to have got, among other things, steel balls hahahaha
