- Скажите, как мне попасть в компрессорный? - Сейчас туда ишак с металлоломом пойдёт. Можете на нём. ))) А вообще-то мужики молодцы. Работают на технике периода развитого средневековья и добиваются результата. 👍
@@igorsh5611 Why? They wanted a two journal crankshaft made from forged steel. Just because it wasn't produced by some computerised million dollar machine with some highschool dropout punching a bunch of buttons to make it work doesn't mean that this, probably uneducated person, who has the ability to learn from an elder, who's probably produced thousands of these in his lifetime, should be belittled because, with his limited tools, he's produced what was asked of him. How do you think the first crankshaft was produced? Probably with a tree trunk and an axe.
Resumindo, esses homens fazem com máquinas ultrapassadas, eles mesmos e animais, peças que o ocidente só fazem com máquinas de tecnologia super avançadas, são uns gênios!
It reminds me when as a teenager I worked at my dad's machine shop and many times I had to work on a lathe whose chuck was 1 meter in diameter. Some quite big, heavy and irregular shaped work was attached to the chuck, other times it was done between centers. To this day when I think of that stuff turning and hitting the tool with a big thump I get the shivers.
"Behold, the people is one, and they have all one language; and this they begin to do: and now nothing will be restrained from them, which they have imagined to do." God said that in Genesis 11:6. (KJV)
Thisbis how it was done in the west before advanced machines took over. There are many that still do this work in the west and make a good living. Nice to see this is such a remote country. This technique was passed down many times, its good to see them forging their own cranks. Much talent.
That country is the best in forging all kids of cranks .. they created a real monster out of Bin laden (with cia’s help of course) but most of the credit goes to them.
Podziwiam tych ludzi, trzeci świat i technologia 25 wiek Ale trzeba oglądać właściwie podglądać bo do tego dzięki tym pier.yd. zmierzamy. No i miska ryżu.Polsko obudź się .
@@SerjLevonyuk Interesting thought. As far as apparent technical facilities you would have to question. Intellectually however they actually they have exported for several thousand years.
Very much Liked, really Hard Working Process of Making a Complicated Component. Forging Process is a Must for Crank Shaft the Fixture for Machining with Balance Weight so that there is no Vibration during Machining causing any deviation in Size and Tolerances required. Work Station should have been neat and Clean and Free from extra Components.
Well ... this is not a perfect set up by any means AND that's the cool & interesting part of this. It's all okay if the operator knows what they are doing. This guy obviously knows what he's doing. I've managed good work on pretty crappy equipment. This appears to be going on to someone else for other work too. Would have liked to see this part through to the finished product. Maybe a part 2 is coming?
@@Happyfacehotwheels which part of the beginning of this video did you miss? Did you not see about eight guys with gloves on for a change running around with a drop hammer and a quarter ton chunk of red hot steel from a super hot furnace FORGE the blank from which TORCH MAN cut the blank that LATHE MAN turned into what was obviously required? If I had to guess the other three main bearing journal one might have been a replacement for that old red/brown engine they walked past at the entrance to the machine shop.
I worked on a centre lathe and was machining forged 3 throw crankshafts about the size of that in the video at the age of 19, no carbides back then just high speed steel tools, thrown in the deep end just get on with it, remember i was crapping myself but what a way to learn.
This is income distribution, a production chain with distributed and decentralized capital, a little for each participant, the profit is not for the robots of a single owner...!
