manuka honey and normal honey is that the manuka honey is derived from the bees that feed on the manuka plant native to New Zealand whereas normal honey is a sweet, sticky yellowish-brown fluid made by bees and other insects from the nectar collected from flowers.

The word "Manuka" is native to New Zealand only. Australia is using the term "Manuka honey" to sell their products. New Zealand Manuka honey all the way!
Manuka Honey was a life saver when I got COVID. I used Samu Manuka 850 mgo since it’s UmF and MGO accredited, and they have the most competitive prices on the market. I took 1 tsp during the day & 1 at night and boy it healed my sore throat within a day. When I woke up the next day I couldn’t believe it. Definitely recommend!
@@sweetbeep Hi! MGO and UMF measure the level of methylglyoxal (MGO) in manuka honey products. When purchasing Manuka Honey, there are different grades. Something to note is the higher the grade of Manuka honey you choose, typically the earthier and slightly more medicinal the taste. I’d definitely recommend trying an 850+ mgo 20 UMF to treat something like a sore throat, gastric problems, ulcers etc., but if you’re looking to take it daily for regular use maybe 263 mgo 10 UMF this is from experience and cost in mind. It does wonders for healing wounds, burns, I have even used it on poison ivy. I actually buy Silver Honey which is for animals but it helps humans also.
Beware of the fake stuff though. The best Manuka honey is from NZ and some are very expensive. There are many watered down versions, just like olive oil.
Saya juga mau mencoba madu manuka. Cukup dengan UMF 5+ saja karrna semua sama saja. Jangan terpengaruh dengan angka UMF, MGO. Karena yang terpenting adalah manuka yang murni dengan dicantumkannya UMF dan itu artinya mamuka yang murni (Monofloral). Jangan pilih ya g multifloral karena sudah dicamlur dengan jenis madu lai yang lebih encer sifatnya walau tertulis MGO. Karena MGO bisa saja dari madu mono dan multifloral. Semoga informasi yang sedikit ini ada manfaatnya supaya tidak tertipu dengan angka angka UMF dan MGO.

Put some on a teaspoon. It's very expensive. So find one that's 10% or more added to spun honey. Do this every morning when you get up . And before you go to bed. 😊
