He’s not kidding. This stuff is worth the cost. I bought it for stomach issues- severe constant pain, unable to eat much if anything at all. Horrible constant nausea. I was already to the ER several tones and the gastrointestinal dr.’s and had some tests done- they couldn’t find anything. Ended up on expensive Carofete with best guess diagnosis of gastritis or stomach ulcers. I had been taking the Carofete for three weeks..not a whole lot of progress, then ordered this to try. No kidding- within 3 days of taking this twice a day, a little less than a teaspoon on an empty stomach I could EAT again, without pain! No more nausea or constant pain. I will not go without this product in my house again. This is GOLD stuff.

@@zinthiahernandez9582 I had success years ago too in healing very severe acid reflux. I used a brand that had factor 30 grade. 2 teaspoons a day for 12 weeks. I also consumed Aloe Vera gel 2/3 times per day ( 1 heaping tablespoon each time ). Plus digestive enzymes at every meal and a probiotic capsule during breakfast and dinner. I was off the PPI meds immediately and never needed the meds again. Stress reduction was huge too in the healing and taking a daily fibre supplement ( Ultimate Fibre Plus ). Best wishes to you all!

@@zinthiahernandez9582 YW 😊 And no my severe acid reflux gradually came on due to too much meat and sugar carbs consumption and high levels of stress. I saw several GI specialists who put me on PPI meds ( I only took meds for 1 month and sought a Naturopathic Doctor to work with me to self heal and get off the meds which already started to damage my kidneys). The GI docs didn't do an endoscopy on me because the meds were already relieving the symptoms.

It’s also been medically proven to kill staph and strep infections, even MRSA. But you need one with an UMF of 10 or greater. The higher the better. My sister-in-law swears it healed her bleeding ulcer and now takes it every day to prevent another one.

I mix grass fed beef ground and liver. I also smoothie damned near errrrrthing vegetable and fruits. I eat a lot of broccoli, brussel sprouts, okra, kale, spinach, swiss red chard (use swiss sparingly only/ high in oxalates that can cause kidney stones but it is great for cancer prevention and maintenance) and avocados. I eat a lot of berries an occasion honey. You'll be amazed at how all of these foods help you with anemia as well as other health benefits.

I have some raw manuka honey here thinking it was great, and after learning about the grading system found out it is basically on par with regular raw honey as it is Grade 1 lol. Feels bad man. But now I know. I'll get 15+ grade next time.

Many years passed since such testimony publication. Market has responded immediately and unfortunately in a pretty traditional for capitalism way - market pollution with honey that stays far away from Manuka but carrying such name. US customers are ignorant in their vast majority and cannot understand about how to identify table "manuka" honey from real monofloral Manuka honey. I can see now it makes a major problem to spot those brands who make mass production which is by definition of Manuka honey is merely impossible. Dr. Josh is completely right on his words about Manuka honey therapeutic properties explanation . As Manuka honey importer I can see the major problem now is in explanation about altered manuka honey and that brand that really brings medicinal effect. Be aware about those brands that flooded US health foods store shelves today priced for cheap - it is not THAT manuka Rd. Josh is talking about.

Hi Julia Chesters - yes - any good quality honey will help soothe and heal a mildly sore throat. It doesn't have to be Manuka Honey specifically. However, as a person who suffers from allergy related rhinitis and the associated sore throat I've found that the anti-bacterial action of Manuka Honey is especially helpful. Blessings.

Unfortunately, nowadays mass Manuka honey brand name manufacturers are competing to each other for every market by reducing the cost. Based on a very limited real Manuka honey availability in general, their import volume increases every year. How they do that ? Of course they blend it with another New Zealand and not finally New Zealand origin honeys. American customers as well all other countries consumers have to understand some basic points of Manuka honey, its potency and healing power. it is hard to navigate modern market for real not alternated or blended manuka honey. That is why I fly to New Zealand personally every time I pack my brand name batch. Since 2020 I trust nobody there.

The best time to drink honey is after get up from the bed in the morning with empty stomach..dilute one spoon honey to warm water and drink..after an hour u can eat breakfast..do it also before bed time..it promotes your sound sleep...

I’ve read that the placenta protects the baby, so when pregnant you can eat it in small amounts. But when the baby arrives do not give it unless he/she is 1+ year old. Wish you the best.

Thanks for info. One note Eucalyptus oil is largely not recommended as dangerous in most essential oil publications. Also no need to add expensive honey for burns. The lavender essential oil with coconut oil is enough.

Then why does national dugstore chain carry manuka honey bandages in burn wound aisle. A burn IS HEAT . . OIL traps HEAT IN , Manuka Honey does NOT trap heat in and is hydrating/moisturizing

I just ordered some, the $70 one, I have acid reflux/gerd been struggling with it past 3 years, went to docs put me on meds ect… and I tried probiotics with apple cider vinegar as well, and that helped tremendously, but now it’s back and I came across this and read other peoples comments with similar problems, and I am 25 years old if anyone wondering. Also struggle with sleeping well at night past 2 years. So we will see!
