I remember in one of the previous comic maomao's son was with her while she was collecting herbs and he got his dress all muddy. Maomao had warned him before to not get his clothes dirty. So maybe that is why she is mad and since the son is so enthusiastic about herbs she thinks he is just like her

I've read a few Comments about the actual Emperor wanting him to be his sucesor sp? but I'm quite skeptical after watching that scene in which the Emperor belittles him and Jinshi's internal thoughts are "audible" to viewers.

@@Aurora-qh2ju If I recall correctly (spoiler)... ...the first time he called her by name was when he wanted Maomao to go to the hunt with him and Gyokuyou was teasing him. Back then he said something along the lines of "Give me Maomao!". Later in the story he had tio correct himself a few times (the confession is one such example). c:

@@nymphia8283 I meant in general, like, her design is more focused on the green color because green is usually the color of poison or is it green because yes?(Because yes=I wanted my character this way, if I wanted I would make it horns and be bald) I meant if it's green because it has a meaning. For example, "Mao" in Mandarin means cat, the animal that Mao Mao sometimes acts like one

I read in the Apothecary Diaries wiki that she's described in the novel to have black hair and eyes. But yeah, animes tend to give their main characters bright hair colors to make them stand out. The color green does tend to be a character troupe for smart characters, though- so I can see why they choose it for MaoMao. :)

@noonepkxd1842 they saying it impossible because, the series is still going on and these are just fan made imaginations 😂😂, the story is going a little faster in fan's imagination. It's not like its impossible and can't happen, it may happen in the future depends on the writer how she wants to take the story forward... And regarding the confusion of Master Jinshi is an eunuch or not . The answer to that is he isn't an eunuch, he is undercover crown prince and he is lady Ah duo's son . U can read the actual novel to know more .
