Do you need a talent to learn how to draw?
If you are planning to become a great artist, so that you last name is listed along with Dali, Van Gogh and Renoir, you cannot do without a talent. But the talent also doesn’t do it alone.

None of the great artists were born with a brush in their hands.
Fame and recognition equal talent multiplied by tremendous work. And it doesn't matter if you are an artist, a musician or a ballerina.
In any occupation, to become really Great, you need to work, study, rub your fingers, twist joints, fall off your feet from tiredness next to easel.
It is impossible to achieve anything without serious work, without passion, without the desire to move forward.
And if not Great, but just a professional artist?
In order to earn money with painting, it is enough to have the ability, desire and perseverance.
I believe that to some extend everyone has the ability to draw. It's just that they were probably criticized and ridiculed in childhood.
If you want to draw, then have some patience and everything will work out. You do not like the way your drawings turn out?
Set them aside for a couple of days, and then look at them from a distance to understand where and what went wrong.
Maybe the composition went south, or maybe the colors are not balanced, perhaps some other art materials should be used (paper, different paint).
Realized where’s the flaw? Try to fix it. One more time, and again, and once more. I'm sure the artwork will become better and better every time.
If you want to draw "for yourself", to enjoy the process itself and to please your loved ones with your work, you just need to know the basics of drawing and practice regularly.
