@@angrydalailama6089did you miss the part of him being "ill" and losing 10 lbs? His playing weight from beginning to end of each season has always been within a pound or two, and for him to lose 10lbs it's not like you our i where it's mostly excess fat, it's mostly muscle for athletes that are in tip top shape.
Love Chief , exactly what we need . No bullshhhh Here to play hockey He doesn’t give out to many flowers through the media … That’s a pro coach He’s here to win the cup That’s all that matters Go Leafs Go
Thank you Knies for basically shutting down one of Mark Masters incessant - and utterly useless - questions about what he thinks about playing with Auston Matthews. It's one thing if it's a new player, a new linemate - but Mark, you have asked this player and every other player the same 5 questions, not only since the start of training camp, but last year and the year before. Please get this guy out of here. Who is telling him this is good coverage???
No kidding. He loves all the attention he gets. He cares more about the attention then he does about the team. It shows every game, plus before and after
@@jeffreycairns767. That’s why he has so many goals and assists, right? He doesn’t care? Of course he loves the attention. Some do, some don’t but please don’t take that away from his skills.
They’re always baiting Nylander and chief about ice time. Nylander is there to put up PP and 5 on 5 points. Chief is saving Nylander’s legs on PK so he can have better minutes not more minutes.
He's not on the pk because he's awful at it. And no, he isn't just there to put up points, he's also expected to not make stupid decisions that hurt the team defensively like he does at least three times a game. Did you catch Berube midway through the third period glaring at him and saying/yelling "What the f____ was that?!" to him as he came back to the bench after another one of his brain fart giveaways in the neutral zone? THAT is the reason his icetime is down.
Nylander is their best all around offensive player. Auston cqn score and mitch can pass but nylander can do both and is more consistent @@jeffreycairns767
He had 5 goals in 10 games back in the 2021-2022 season when he first scored 60 goals. When he gets goings he’ll end up scoring 50 goals in a 50 game span
@ hopefully, I want Nylander to have 50 goal season, or at least finally get more then 100 points. And Marner should try and stay healthy and also hit 100 already
I could understand wanting to get Willy the hat trick, but it cost Woll a shutout and, as a Leaf fan, set the choke alarm to a Yellow alert. Good on ya guys for getting the Dub! Let's get some revenge on the Blues Saturday!
They all do. He's playing well at the moment but the second he isn't he'll be back to the same JT we've known. With or without the "C", it makes no difference
The media is blowing this ice time bullshit out of proportion. The reason his ice time is very very slightly down is because of the amount of penalties they have taken per game. It’s not that deep and we can move on now.
No it wasn't. He did very little. He stood around, away from the pressure, and waited for a pass. The only 2 times he had pressure on him, 1. He was stripped of the puck, and 2. He fell down and got a stupid penalty. People keep saying Nylander is great but he's really not. It's his teammates doing all the work while Nylander stands alone away from the pressure and hopes for a pass. Happens, literally, evey game
idk how these guy deal with these shit quests "what stand out with ___" "how important is ___" every god damn night. can these people think of decent questions
He’s way more comfortable with media after losing captaincy. I think he felt a lot of pressure and responsibility in the role. I am glad to see the change in him now. He looks much looser.
@@VengefulTruther He must be a kid. Oy a kid would say something idiotic like he did, both times. He probably thinks he's funny too. If only there was an age requirement for social media, and minimum IQ
@@michaelmagic988 So funny! And as far as Vengeful truther goes, you can still have a sense of humour while cheering on your team (even if from the toilet).
I think your kind of comments or ridiculous and, frankly, stupid. What exactly makes him look like a captain, or doesn't? He's always had good and bad periods in a season.
@knightsgaming8983 Why? He's an RFA. I do agree that getting him signed sooner rather than later is a good thing, but it's probably not the #1 priority right now.
