Maple Marinated Meat Basted in Bear Fat 

We had a cold snap that extended our early maple season. So I'm up in the sugar bush chopping, cutting, collecting AND cooking maple marinated meat (basted in bear fat) right on the fire in my evaporator while we make maple syrup.
