In this episode I make coffee from the maple sap that I collected.
As I was boiling the sap down to make maple syrup, I thought it'd be nice to use a little bit of the sap to make a great cup of coffee. See how I did it here!

Axe and Timber Beech & Birch trees will give sap too, at the same time maples, late January into March. They’re all great for nourishment & coffee!

It does taste a little sweeter, and a little maple-y, but you'll still have to add some sugar if you like your coffee with sugar.
