on JackSucksAtGeography we upload a range of easy to watch geography related games. We mainly play Sporcle games like "naming all 197 countries". I successfully learned all 197 countries and plan to learn more Geography trivia. On this channel I also play Geoguessr. This is a game that uses Google Street View to drop you in a random location and you have to work out exactly where you are on the worldwide map. Geoguessr was created in 2013. If you want to see more from Jack he uploads different content to many other RU-vid channels, linked above!

@Ishansh Arya from memory the French are recorded as stealing more from their colonies than the English and I really can’t say which one was more cruel but the British did do that whole anti slavery thing so that’s a plus for them but can’t speak for the French in that aspect

(6:30) Any benefit of driving on the left that people keep repeating: right eye dominant; that you have the left hand on the gear stick (which is not how you drive), are such minuscule benefits that it really doesn't matter. The safest countries to drive in are the Nordic ones, who drive on the right; then it's UK, Ireland, which drives on the left. There's no real correlation.

6:10 this let me think at a little time I was in London for the first time in my life (I life in the Netherlands :)) but it was so strange to ride on the other side of the road😂 When my mom needed to refuel and went to pay for it a random guy knocked on the window and asked me if I was driving but no I sat on the right side of the car but we were there with our own car so the wheel was on the left side of the car and that random guy discovered it and was like o I’m sorry haha. He asked because it was okay if he refuelled in front of us because we were stuck then😂🤭 but it was all good! And we’re save back home 😂 but I thought a funny story🤪 O and I’m sorry if the English is bad somewhere in this story😅 like I already said I’m not English I’m Dutch and I’m not that good at English😅 But videos like these are really helpful to learning a language🤍

Not sure if anyone has told you yet or if you know. But Finland isn't a part of scandinavia and if you refer to Sweden Norway and Finland, etc. Use the word nordic since finnish people tend to get a bit agressive about the whole scandinavian thing! Ps. Great video :)

Driving on the left is actually safer as it is more common your right eye is your more dominant eye (as it is with feet, hands etc.) so it is safer for most if that is nearer the middle of the road

??? dominant eye effect like 3 feet in front of you. Your eyes are not that far apart. I guess you're driving with your head out the window looking at the line? The dominant side is exactly why it was/is the common side to drive on. Think if you're driving a horse and wagon you want your dominant hand in the middle. Basically, you want all your main controls near your dominant side with everything you drive. also, with the eye dominant thing, the reason I know is from shooting guns. I'm right-handed and left-eye dominant. If I shoot a gun where the rear sights are close to my right eye (around 1 foot) (shooting right-handed) I get double vision and must close my dominant eye. My double vision stops about full arm extension / 2 feet in front of me - so I can shoot a handgun in my right arm and aim with my right eye without double vision.

Hi Jack, Love the video! Although at 4:10 I think the map is incorrect because Nepal was never invaded and conquered by the UK. Obviously it's not your fault, you're just reacting to the map, just wanted to point that out!

It WAS invaded though. Nepal was pretty long at the time but multiple wars with Britain pushed the borders to current ones. Another one of the countries whose borders were decided by outside powers, thankfully its doing better than some other similar counterparts.
