Chicken with skin 1 kg
Potato 2 medium size
Onion 2
Tomato 1
Brinjal 1
Oil 1/2 cup (sunflower oil)
Cardamom
Cloves
Bay leaf 2
Cinnamon stick 1
Kashmiri chilly powder 1.5 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
Salt
Hot water 4 glass ( twice the amount of rice)
Basmati rice 2 glass
( after cleaning add spices) dont soak ❗️

Cinnamon powder 1/2 tsp
Garam masala 1/2 tsp
