Dan.....it's the least we can do. You have shred so much with us over the years it is an honor to help you out. Because of you I am the jig designer I am today! Of course you have made me cut into my retirement! Materials are expensive!

By the way SJ....big striper would kill this thing. I might tie a few of these up and try for big striper on Smith Lake here in north Alabama. Might use a 3/4 ounce hybrid minnow head. Spot will kill this thing as well. I might add just a touch of powder blue buck tail to imitate a blue back herring. Nice pattern SJ.

I am rambling SJ but after looking at this I just realized something. I have this head mold and ha e used it a lot for my smallmouth night patterns and really, this new style head can take the place on tbe Midwest finnese head in my opinion. The only reason I see maybe still using a Midwest finnese head is if you need a really light head for slow fall presentations. Other then that, I like this head better then the Midwest. Still haven't used it enough to see how it does in rocks. Apparently my customers are liking it because I have very requests for the Midwest these days.

Dan another epic tie, so not to absorb your time couple questions--so marabou is this tie more of stand up finesse presentation or swim/troll version? Motion is prevalent just curious all of your videos reallt get the material option rolling.
