A Harman Kardon back in 1980 amplifier and tuner I got a JVC cassette player hooked on it those Vu meters work and I really thick when you play a cassette and it really works good and got beautiful sound

I saw one like this model drew and it’s has some problems like missing power button ,Some of the botton are not good anymore and some problems with the speakers outlet which the red and white plastic that hold the speaker wires.The seller wants $600 u.s.dollars.So I walked out too high with lots of problems.
@@vintagestereo I've read that with the later Marantz receivers (mid-late 70's I think the "silver dial" ones in particular) that have an integrated circuit for the FM stereo circuit, replacing the FM Stereo indicator bulb with a bulb of higher amperage can cause the IC to fail, so not only no Stereo light, your FM will be in mono and I suspect that piece would be difficult to impossible to find a replacement! I have a 2270 myself that I'll NEVER part with and its bulbs were replaced with correct ones some 20 years ago, it's getting time for another service and while i like the original look, I'm very tempted to go LED for all the reasons you mention.
