I also ran that marathon, it took me almost twice as long as him and two days later my legs still hurt a lot... So you can't imagine the suffering of high-level athletes. ¡¡¡Bravo, campeón!!!
Been there, seen it, done it. That's why I prefer half-marathons, since the wear and tear on me is less (seeing as I'm no "Spring Chicken" these days!)
