marble cake recipe | chocolate marble cake | eggless marble cake with detailed photo and video recipe. an interesting fusion cake recipe made by combining 2 cake batter. the batter is mixed in such way that there are 2 distinct colors clearly visible overlapping each other. this is later baked like any other traditional cake and thus forming a zebra-like an appearance with 2 distinct colours from chocolate and plain cake batter.

My first time making an eggless cake and i was amazed at how soft it turned out. The curd and the oil make this cake melt in the mouth. I made it thrice the quantity in two 9 inch pans. It was amazing. Thank you.

I tried this cake yesterday abd it turned out to be super success. The timing provided to bake was also just perfect...cake was baked perfectly at 50 mins. Without any mistakes in measurements if we follow everything correctly, we can enjoy a very good cake. Thanks for sharing the recipe. Looking forward for many such yummy cakes.

She has used 3/4 of the AP flour and 1/4 of cocoa powder in the chocolate mix. I think her method makes sense. I have tried a similar recipe and adding cocoa powder to the batter makes it heavier than the plain vanilla batter. The cocoa batter then settles at the bottom and spoils the pattern.

I tried this taste was really good. One prob is the sides became crispy and crunch. Center part was really superb. How should I avoid the edges being like this ? Any suggestions ? Should I reduce the baking time or temperature?

Looks exciting! But please tell us if we can use whole wheat flour instead of plain flour (maida)?? Would there be any change in the baking process if we use whole wheat flour?

The problem is when we use whole wheat In place of maida(refined flour) , the texture of cake is not so good and secondly the consistency of the batter is grainy and thick if we use wheat flour. I made a marble cake few days ago. I used whole wheat flour instead of refined flour. It's taste was not too good or bad.
