In this video I tested out the new Marc Jacobs Shameless Youthful foundation with primer and without primer to see if it made any difference in wear time. I know that it's been reviewed a million times already but I had actually filmed this since March but didn't edit it in time. I know I'm like super late but at least my review may differ from other reviews. Nonetheless I hope you still enjoy my take on this foundation.
