= INFORMATION = This song was originally based on a Breton traditional song named "Son ar Chistr" (song of the cider) which had its origins in the town of Morbihan in France in 1929. The song was popularized by Alan Stivell, a Breton singer in 1970. Since then the song has been interpreted into 30+ languages, almost all of it still maintaining its motif to some extent.The German version then gained much prominence - first by the Dutch rock band "Bots", and later by the German medieval metal band D'Artagnan with their cover of it.

When I was in my 20's I loved Scooter. Now I find most Scooter songs too fast (stressful) except some days when I'm in the right mood. So I prefer this slower version. I guess that's what happens when you get older (I was around 40 when I noticed the effect).

Some of us know this feeling all too well. I was looking for one song for about 26 years. They used it in every episode of one of my favourite children's TV-shows back in 1982 or so.
