Rev. Dr. Wesley has got to be one of the realest Pastors out here. I love his honesty. I don't cuss in argument, I'm a preacher but I haven't been delivered from everything. Amen. That by all definition is keeping it real. I gotta go visit Alfred Street Baptist 💗

I’ve watched this so many time over the years. I watched it just as a great learning message. My boyfriend and I broke up this week and it’s been really heard because he was the first guy I dated that wanted marriage kids and a future… my family and friends love him and I thought he was the one like how could he not be. But the past few days I just kept hearing the Holy Spirit say “breaking up is heard to do” and I couldn’t get it out of my head… so hear I am, all I can say is this time it hit in a different way. ❤️

This hit home for me in 2021 Thank you

I've been divorced for 16 years. I was married to a pastor for 20 years in an emotional abusive relationship and I am still alone. But I'm content with the Lord and have peace in my home. But still waiting for the one really saved man for me.

Praying for this woman... Praying the man is not crazy and will let her live. Praying she seeks help to help her move forward and never look back and to never enter another relationship like this. Praying for safe travels to and from your destination Pastor!

Tight as a choker and blessed! 😳😳😳 God is so clear when it's not ordained. I had to tell the brother "It IS Finished!" I wasn't being blasphemous. He stepped for good! I'm content with PEACE as I wait. I can't stand a "calm agitator!" Pastor's points taught "on point!"

I feel like I have fell on both sides of the points made, as the person who initiates the break-up and as the one who was broken up with. He really drove it home for me when he said “you can’t sacrifice your peace for someone else’s emotional well being”, that was a tough pill for me to swallow, but very real!

My eyes get so big when I see an upload for Caya.. Yay!!!

I appreciate you. I needed this. Even as a liason. Bro. Pastor, that e mail is "almost" UNBELIEVABLE!! It's real, that's why Jesus went to the cross to save SOULS LIKE OURS. LORD HAVE MERCY. THAT e mail is a powerful teaching tool!! Powerful prayer Elijah. IN God we TRUSTand Believe. Powerful prayer. Thank you holy Spirit for these two Ambassadors for Christ. Amen.

Thank you Pastor Howard-John Wesley for a timely message; I am finding myself listening to this sermon "Breaking Up is Hard to do" because I need to remove myself from a 6 year relationship that is no longer for me. He is a functioning alcoholic, drinks a fifth of Sky Vodka a night; he become belligerent, verbally abusive and wants intimacy but I refuse him while in that state. I am praying daily for the Holy Spirit to give me the strength to walk away from this relationship, which has to END, soon!

I am 61 yrs old. Married & divorced 3 times. Other dating relationships none serious. 3 things I tell them all is 1. Cheating 2.Lying 3. Stealing 4. No steady job are all relationship/marriage enders permanently for me. No we can't be friends either. Happy Trails to you! Their cheating is the reason I am divorced x3. Happily Single for 10 yrs now.

I don’t go to church, unless I go home just to be with family. I have a different outlook on the Slave Bible, but how he complies and aligns Real Daily Life with scripture is awakening, but I still hold my convictions about a white man having paid to have the Bible Written and later used to control a whole Human Race to stay oppressed. And how a better life is in another Rim... better Life is While you are Living. Thats 1 why of when you leave a Legacy behind. But his Speak about Voting drew me to him, because he reminded me of Malcolm X, while not being him.

Ironic that longevity is often equated with marriage success; when many times it just teaches our children how to remain in fake, unfulfilled relationships. And why do people use the analogy "You have to fight for your marriage?" Fight whom? The devil? It's the two of you who are ultimately responsible for the mess in your own marriage. Others can have neither place nor opinion in your relationship without your consent. Amen somebody.

Even family members must go. ! Refusing but pushing their. Habits and lifestyle on you. ! It sure has come to. That.

But God!!!

You are not crazy. Your self esteem and self worth are shot! Ask me how I know...

I am the same way. I hate split checks and folks that count every fry they ate and pulling out their phone calculator. I usually treat first and like he said, it's on you next.

Wait- I watch your services, but for the longest time, I thought CAYA was the acronym for Children, Adolescents, & Young Adults. Lol.

I don't see this lady's problem 🤷‍♀️ you can't love anybody more than you love yourself. Lady stop trying to bring a child into this mess that spells another messed up child. Look lady stop making this man use and abuse you, you are more than that. Leave the bomb and go about your business. I'm 50 and alone for years don't even meet anyone who might be a wee bit interested. So I spend time working on me loving me educating me. Walk away. Oh my!!!!
