I am exactly the same as you with any hobby I take on and get so frustrated if it is not turning our pro.....even though I have stopped coloring for 3 years and only started again a month ago 😂😂😂 love everything you do and well done with the weight you have lost and the journey going forward!! ❤

Just a heads up - I had my gall bladder out a few years ago (had gallstones etc) and they did say one of the 'triggers' for having an attack is fat-heavy food (which keto can sometimes rely on, rather than carbs - so dairy/cheese, certain meats, etc). Ofc, they say that but then I generally had my attacks on an empty stomach (nearly ALWAYS in the morning before breakfast/lunch) so I'm sure it's unique to every person hah. I know you're not a "hard line" keto person but wanted to say if you keep having attack-like symptoms it may be a contributing factor.
