I'm glad u mention about destressing etc, I recently got in contact with my half sister that I fell out of contact 10 years ago were still thinking the line of full sister now. , she was dealing with stuff back then so was I, we were in our 20s and just found out we were siblings but 30s now it's really been stress free just finally having someone to talk to about ur birth mother and not be shot down from it ♥️ but it's one thing now I can finally move on from stress wise that I know some of the truth that side.

Doing a daily 10 workout sounds like a good idea. I want to take better care of myself too but I always try to go from 0 to 60 and then it doesn't last. 😅 A small goal to start until I work my way up to something harder sounds good.

Have you tried using the Cellular bottle? It's 24oz of water that you put a cartridge in to that has flavors and no sugar. Most use Stacks or are a pure essence fruit flavor. I have discovered that once I started drinking 2 cups of black coffee and drink my 2 Crikul bottles of water, which you can dial up how much flavor or just plain water. I have been tracking my intake of food. I am on a program with our insurance. Since I have started on Jan 21, I have lost 11.7 pounds . They sent me a scale and I have to weigh in everyday.My exercise arts this week...since my body is still broken, I am doing Silver Sneakers on RU-vid. I sit in a chair and it's done to Bruno Mars music. I am supposed to do that every other day. On the off day I am working on my 6 & 10 things around the house . I had to choose music that would make me kinda dance or keep moving. So, I am a minor Swiftie....I like a few of her songs, like Bad Blood, You need to calm down, Look what you made me do and Are you ready for it? Then I hit up my 14 yr old Aussie Blues player has 3 back to back to back #1releases. He also does some cover of Stevie Ray Vaughn. So this bootie should be moving. You should check him out on RU-vid Taj Farrant. His latest video was probably from Feb 28 in New Mexico. I am with you as stitching goes, I need to get it all organized (part of my 10),I have been listening to my books at night when I get into bed, around 6:30, 1st watch some RU-vid, then my book and crochet. Just finished a scrap rectangle granny square for my daughter. Now working on a car cigar for me!

Not conforming to what others expect of up should be a video by its self. They feel alone if we’re making better choices at the dinner table. Please eat crappy food like me so I won’t feel so depressed. I just say this is what I feel like eating. I don’t even tell them why I eat healthier because they have a hard time keeping opinions to theirselves after that. I just start asking about their latest event in their life and they suddenly forget what they were talking about.
