No one said it better than you. That post was yeah...too aggresive or at most frustrated. We are all frustrated by the lack of knowledge about bicycles. Thanks to fitters/mechanics/veteran cyclists, because we can all learn a thing or two. Ride safe and get a bike fit!
I saw the post and read the comments. People nowadays would comment about anything and say whatever the hell they want without even trying to understand the context of what they are commenting about. I understood Mito's statement about it, however, I think he could've used a more layman's term so that everyone would have been able to understand (also, I believe he should have stayed quiet and not engage any further arguments but, it is what it is). Obviously, not everyone has the same comprehension. As Agent K said in Men in Black; a person is smart, people are dumb, panicky and dangerous animals and you know it.
