March Fly Fishing Montana 

March Fly Fishing Montana is one of my favorite months to get out on the water. After a long cold winter, a warm, sunny day on the water sounds great! The rivers are typically quiet and the fishing is very good. The Flathead River is great in March and April. We typically see our bigger fish of the year in the spring. Nymphing is solid and the dry fly fishing can be great if water temps come up and the bugs get active. The Missouri River is another great trip this time of year. Nymphing is typically very good for bigger rainbows. Streamer and dry fly fishing is very good too.
