Chris Morlock hi yes fantastic 10m focus point. And field of view is very wide I tend to set at 5 to 12 pwr for 0-300m shooting if in the field and of course 25 pwr at the range for groups.
Hey mate, nice review! Is the MML reticle true to mil value at 25x? I know that the MOA mtr3 reticle is something like 1.6moa per hash mark at 25x, but am I correct in thinking that the MML reticle should evenly have 4 mils from the centre of the cross hair, to the edge of the reticle at 25x? I'm thinking about getting one of these and this will be the deciding factor about whether to go MOA or Milrad. Cheers!
FYI to anyone reading this. On the March website it now states the reticle million values at 25x zoom and there is indeed 4 mils from the centre of the cross hairs to the edge of the reticle and each subtension is 0.2mils.
Hi Tristen what sort of reticle would you recommend? Im leaning toward a Steiner scope with S7 ret but since finding your channel Im considering a March scope.... Im working for UN in Kenya back in Melbourne in December thanks mate
just basic recreational target shooting and hunting fox rabbits etc on farm I have ordered Tikka T3x CTR and Im basically building it from here in Kenya via the net I just listed most of your parts and have began to order and I will assemble once back in Melbourne.... great help thanks for listing all the suppliers makes it easy
Darren Flett ok sure well the MML Reticle would suit very well it’s a straight cross hair with mil rad lines. So great for hunting or quick acquisition The power range of this unit would suit a very wide range of shooting applications if you would like me to put something together for you I am happy to get one organised.
Im thinking Steiner GS 3 4-20x50 with S7 reticle?? But you have inspired me to fit Spuhr rings and the BT 17 pic rail Before viewing your channel I didnt know they existed. Last question mate that oversize Tikka bolt where do I get one? Berreta? Ok Im of to Uganda tomorrow wish me luck!
