March Wrap Up | the reading slump is OVER! 

There is a whole series already for "Natural history of Dragons", none of the rest of them have so much of a gut punch and the get better and better, love it so much

You'll be happy to know the 2nd Fairyland book is just as good as the first! Valente writes the exact kinds of fantasy I love to read and I've been a fan of her since I was a teen, it's awesome to see her getting more attention since it feels like she went under the radar for so long

Im, so happy that you loved Lightfall! I finally read the second volume, and I loved it! I at the beginning of April I read “The silent patient”, I have very similar feelings to yours, I love that it kept me interested the whole time, so I was able to finish it very quickly, but it wasn’t that unpredictable. From your wrap I also read “Heartstopper volume 5” of course I loved it, and I read “The Paris Apartment” 2 years ago I really did enjoy it, but to he honest I don’t remember what this book was about 😂 You read, so many books that I’m very much interested to read! For example, any book by T. Kingfisher, because I still didn’t read any of them, Deathelss, The House witch (I want to see if I would have different opinion, since we have similar taste), Mary an awakening of terror, The Girl Who circumnavigated fairyland…. (Omg this title is so long), The cybernetic tea shop (it’s giving the monk and the robot that I loved, I’m not sure is you read “A psalm of the wild build”, if you didn’t do it!!! If you did please let me know if you liked it), and the last one because my comment is too long, The ogress and the orphans.

I completely, unfortunately, agree on The House Witch. I was so excited, that cover is 🔥!! But I am stuck about 1/2 way through and just couldn’t care less. 😢

ooh you read A LOT in march! and so much variety of genres too - i love all the cozy fantasy recs :P 'A Natural History of Dragons' sounds super interesting from what you described, i'll have to pick it up sometime altho it being a series is kinda discouraging i already have too many series to keep up with hahah. will have to check those warnings, thanks for the heads up!
