Leyendo sobre la manera de trabajar de Miklos, es fascinante descubrir la meticulosidad y el trabajo de campo que hacía (como si de una tesis doctoral se tratara). Tuvo reconocimiento, con el Oscar a mejor BSO, pero sin duda es un trabajo para alabar y elogiar cuantas veces sean necesarias

Y porqué hay que traducir al anglosajón? 😢el anglosajón no tiene nada de la gracia necesaria para hacer traducciones pero el idioma que aquí se utiliza es completamente válido para hacerse entender mundialmente ❤😊

De todos los modos, la música 🎶 que aquí se utiliza es muy preciosa y fenomenal para muchas personas y occasions ❤😊

As trilhas sonoras dos filmes nos fizeram imaginar essas batalhas de uma forma mais épica, sem dúvida

Tienes razón Raúl, se entiende que es una recreación, como muchas otras en muchos otros ámbitos (cine, literatura, teatro...), que puede llegar a confundir. Para los más puristas entiendo que les rechina el apellido puesto, pero incluso músicos como Abraham Cupeiro, que "rescata" instrumentos del pasado, recurre a la interpretación de música en conjunto con instrumentos actuales (entiendo que, a parte de por la riqueza de timbres que no existían en aquellas épocas, por la dificultad para poder mostrar temas prácticamente extintos con el paso del tiempo, y así no caer en el error que comentabas). Aun así, cabe mencionar la intención acertada del compositor, al imaginar una música de fanfarria acompañada por percusión, basándose en los instrumentos de la época (tuba, cornu, bucina y el lituo). @@juzam4224 Yo me referí a las marchas militares. No hay pruebas ni siquiera vestigios acerca de ellas. Yo en ningún momento he puesto en duda la formación militar de los romanos.

Dicen que fue el poeta Albio Tibulo, en su libro Elegías, bajo la idea de que, viendo la importancia que mantenía la ciudad con el paso de los siglos, Roma iba a durar para siempre en su máximo esplendor.

Zimmer y Rosza ensalzan las imagénes de ambas películas sin que la comparación sea posible. Existe una brecha importante, épocas muy diferentes de creación, recursos estilísticos totalmente diferentes y formas de documentación y preparación de la partitura que sería como comparar a un artesano con un ingeniero. Rosza venía de trabajar y empaparse de la cultura romana en "Quo Vadis", lo que le daba un bagage vastísimo (es una de las características de Miklos, en sus trabajos, haciendo una minuciosa labor de investigación que llegaba a lo obsesivo). Es evidente que no es música "romana", pero si nos aferramos al término de manera purista no se podrían hacer partituras "escuchables" para muchas de las películas de época que se filman.
