The dragon fight is going to be hilarious if they pull it off from the manga with this style. Probably a 2-episode fight and lots of laughs. This really is DnD wackiness at its best

At the rate we're going, I think either episode 10 or 11 will be the start of the Red-Dragon Fight Episode 12 will likely conclude the first Cour. Really happy to see lots of new people getting into Dungeon Meshi. Its like the early days of the Manga when the chapters were still being fan-translated.

@@kking1750 Yes. Right now we're basically on the surface level still in terms of plot. Rescue the sister. Spoilers: The Red Dragon is where the story REALLY picks up. That brown elf you saw from the living painting episode will have a larger presence afterwards. Actually almost takes a darker turn, but the light-hearted humor is still there, just that the stakes will go up.

@@kking1750It really starts to pick up after the Red Dragon fight. The series is actually at its weakest in this first act imo, still great but it'll get better and better 'till the end. There are so many great moments to come.

@@Razgriz_01it’s actually really reminiscent of the structure of some old RPG games like BG1 or fallout 1/2 where you’re given a small but personal objective first, which opens up the world as a larger overarching narrative is woven into the adventure and you become an important player in the story.

Like in Dnd, magic caster use arcane focus to cast their spell. If they don't have it, they relied on their hand and mouth to cast the spell.

9:45 kinda spoilers on laios mindset depending on how ppl view it plus how marcille join. 3 2 1 He is pretty much autistic and that shows more later in the story with stuff on he doesn’t read ppl cues on how they act and speak. When falin invited marcille to join the group he automatically assumed just a random colleague then a school friend his sister know instead of he asking away since again due to his autism. Also why he rather prefer monster lifestyle then human life especially his upbringing.
