@@johncarter5079 nah, just thinking that I would've walked if off too if I had been in his shoes instead of spending another minute stuck in a car with a five year old grown ass woman.
That's how it goes. When your a parent your mood instantly changes when ya boogers are around. His kids did nothing so they get the love while the females get the aggravation.
Mad props to him for this scene. He put his wife and baby mama in line without getting put of line himself and walking it off like a King is icing on the cake. Mad respect!

@@brandes8057 Did you watch the ENTIRE MOVIE “ Why did I get Married” 🥴👽👽 When Keshia came to Angela’s Beauty Salon to see Marcus. Keisha mentioned that Marcus was still messing around with her. Did you remember that there was secrets telling at the table by Mike and Angela and that Marcus thought that Keshia gave him an STD but it was actually his wife Angela who actually got the STD from Walter that she had sex with. He cheated on his wife with his child’s mother. 👉YOU CLEARLY DIDN’T WATCH THE MOVIE. 🤷♂️
@@brandes8057 THE TRUTH HURTS sometimes. Why don’t you just ADMIT IT!! It’s Ok and then you got mad. This shows what kind of character that you have in which is WHO YOU ARE!! You can’t take CONSTRUCTIVE or CONCRETE CRITICISM at all 🥴
Man Micheal killed this damn part. His acting his delivery the way he made himself seem angry truna keep his composure so he wouldn’t hit them made this seem so real. Props to this man
It's so cool that Marcus put both his wife Angela & his baby momma Keisha in their places & the best thing is that he DIDN'T even hafta touch them in order to get his point across. 👏🏿
@@askiahildebrand8005, somebody like Angela though needs to get her ass checked though. She was just so damn annoying! All she did was run her mouth constantly! I felt bad for Marcus. Then that situation where he got burned. She set him up. She slept with somebody else and he got burned because of it. That’s how he got VD. That’s really messed up. She was just so damn evil. And at times she really did take Marcus for granted.
That’s the way to do it. Angels and Keisha out here acting like 5 year olds. That’s how you got to deal with women sometimes. He got up in her face and told her if it’s not about them kids, don’t you call me! Second you better stop talking about my wife to our kids like that. Third, you better respect my wife.
gee I wonder why? whats your theory. (point to the elephant in the room his loud shrewish wife and baby mama aka the eternal source of his infinite headache)
@@YouStankGoEat if she was not there then he would just take the kids home if she walked off just go find her and let her take the car and the kids home while he walked off. Telling the kids he will see them later.
It also showed no partiality to either woman which was great. Typically, there's a lot of satisfaction for a woman to say: "he left with me," but in this case, he didn't leave with either.
@@focus-nct1279 what did he expect from woman like that ? He played himself by having kids with her. No self respecting male would do that. She pays him ? Only in lala land
@@Dee_Nice89 I would do so as well. I'd tell those ladies in an assertive way "Both of you need to stop with your mess. It's NOT very mature of y'all to do this."
This scene is actually quite realistic. Often movies become too "formal" or perfect to be believable in normal conversation. But almost this exact scenario has happened between my parents and the scene is well played out
@@u235u235u235you ain’t gonna get no hairy feminist to shag you with that white knight attitude . This scene wasn’t about being submissive it’s about not being a petty bitch when children are involved
I love this part because it shows how it is when a women push a man so far & he finally snaps. Marcus checking his wife & baby mother at the same time & putting everything in order was great. Also the fact he didn’t have to go the abuse route was great.
@@JesusSaves7810 Well too goddamn many do and people love to ignore that and make it where it's constantly the man's fault. Giving women ZERO accountability and that's a problem that needs to be resolved.
"You women are so used to losing, you don't realize when you've won" Damn, that line's deep. Edited: Good God almighty! I did NOT expect this comment to get so many likes and replies. It must've tickled a lot of people's fancies. :P
Michel Jai White has always been one of my favorite actors. He's underrated as hell and has kind of been looked over in Hollywood. He's perfect for superhero roles. IDK why Marvel or DC haven't hit him up. This scene proves he can do serious roles too. He has the acting skill!
@@SuperWHIIITE black dynamite is neither DC or Marvel its a small IDW property. I'm talking bigger roles like Blade or something. He was Spawn but that movie wasn't all that great.
"Why Did I Get Married?", (Released October, 2007) Was Oscar Eligible In All Categories, Due To Timing...If It Was Released In The Middle Of Summer. The Film Wouldn't Been Eligible.
this is portrayal of what men should do to make sure they women don't cheat on them or think of them as weak guy. he didn't need to assert dominance but only show dominance which is why i really respect this scene
Marcus finally standing up to Angela was long overdue in this movie. He was able to put both his wife and baby mama in their place without getting put in line himself and walking it off like a King he is. Even his wife was impressed by his actions. Mad respect!
He handled that well and that walk away at the end to avoid talking to Angela in the car was perfect. He needed to cool off and she wasn’t gonna make it easy.
The way he snapped and yelled at them to shut the hell up made me smile cause he had a genuine face of frustration. And also. He put them in their place. Which. Is. Awesome.
Sometimes a man just has to take charge. I love this scene because it really shows that he cares for his children and his wife but he had to do it in such a harsh way for the message to actually get through.
@@itsnowornever4812 Well let’s be fair here, didn’t Angela also cheat on Marcus and gave him a disease from it? Didn’t she also go on to cheat on him again in their own show?
@@cjdouglas3464 YOU ARE LATE No he admitted at the end that he had been cheating it’s not about “ Angela” cheated first. I stayed this already on another trend comment. I’ve moved on but the point that I was making that she hasn’t WON shit b

Legend has it, MJW walked right off the set of Why Did I Get Married? and onto Blood & Bone where he proceeded to take all his pent up aggression out on his opponents.
Gotta give credit to the actor, he did an amazing job representing the built up frustration. Especially the love of a father, trying to keep his composure for his kids and making sure they didn't see the argument at that moment.
It’s not Marcus fault. Keisha and Angels were acting like 5 year olds calling each other names and stuff. You expect that from 5 year olds not grown ass women.
I love how he demands for them to get along for the sake of the kids; they are the priority in this cluster of a situation. You can see that first hand when you see how quickly he comes down from the anger when the kids are in seeing distance of the confrontation. He laid out the law and clearly it was something both of them needed to hear.
This does not work. They would laugh in his face. What's he going to do? Get sent to prison? They already have enough to get the police involved. Regardless, the only person you can control is yourself. People who don't respect you aren't going to change because you altered your voice and stood in a karate stance. That is beyond your power, no matter how much of a "man" you think you are.
@@T1Oracle He wasn't doing anything illegal. Imagine telling a women the truth, and the Hoe response with: "Is that a personal attack" and *Bop* you're in jail... You really think the situation can just shatter like that?
Women will have you like that fr! That's why if I see a guy in Walmart glance my way with a scowl I don't take it personal anymore. I've argued with my girl and had to go out in public after lol. I know the pain.
I love this. I don’t see that many movies where the man is justified to have this moment. I also like that he was respectful despite what both women put them through. A welldone scene.
Major props to Michael a.k.a. Marcus and I’m definitely with him on how the two mothers acted and how they needed to be called out and it’s a shame that it needed to even get that point for them to start acting right. thankfully he was able to keep his composure to not get physical
Why do you people bring up getting physical, it does not warrant that, it is the mindset of the world, "I do not like what you are saying or doing so I am going to put my hands on you" that is not a normal reaction, acting like a bunch of park apes wanting fight.
@@kymberlipomerants5520 ya ever been so mad and frustrated at someone ya wanted to put kick em? No one ever wants it to get to that point, but a person can only handle so much
Marcus threw that car in PARK so fast without even putting his foot on the brake. It will still rocking back and forth after he took the key out the ignition. That car was like dayum bruh!!
His aggressive driving showed just how fed up he was with all the non stop drama and fights with his wife and baby momma. A man can only take so much before he snaps.
This Was Amazing As Marcus Had To Play The Role Of A Kindergarten Teacher Trying To Restrain Two Bratty Children Who Are Still Refusing To Put Their Differences Aside In Order To Bring Peace Towards One Another. 👍👏 Well Done
Yknow, not to get political, but I hear people say that alot, that the world "needs more masculine energy", "needs more real men", and then when the world give it to them, and boys try to turn into men, and men try to be better, and masculine, and embrace responsibility and leadership... they reject it, and call it toxic. Kinda funny. In a phucked up way. I ain't seen this movie, I don't plan to. I have seen what other people in this world choose not to, and that's why I say that. So in my opinion, the world, the west, needs to make a decision. Chaos. Or masculinity.
@@hitmanlowe3562 nah man. That's different. This is real manhood. He asserted himself to both of them. He wouldn't have have to be sk aggressive if he hadn't been so soft for so long

This is one the best parts of the movie. I wish my dad and a lot of the great male figures in my life set things straight with their women like this. You understand it when your older but as a kid I thought my own people were insane and I wanted to run away and get adopted by some other race.

It honestly depends on what kind of woman you have if she respects you as her man and see you as a leader she’ll shut up and listen but if she sees you as a punk or soft then she will yell and get loud which means she doesn’t have any respect for him at all.You don’t always have to yell but every now and again you gotta show a woman you aren’t a punk they can walk all over unfortunately being nice and passive all the time doesn’t work often as it’s seen as weak.
