Sanaa Lathan really done well with this role... She's always on point,but this was a role I've never seen her play! Obviously it's just a movie,but she was so CONVINCING..had to keep telling myself it's just acting! LOOL.

I wouldn't call Chris stupid. More like blind. He loved Andrea & he refused to see what kind of a person she was. I don't understand why, but some people are like that. When he took his blinders off, he went after William & refused to hug Andrea. The look that she gave him,in the end, was like her saying that she bet on the wrong person. I'm always curious to see why people don't call Andrea dumb w/the whole William thing. IMO, she's just as dumb as she thought that Chris was.

@intution1234 , the account was connected to their joint account. When Chris gave the bank teller his card, she asked which account? There is no way that she could have asked him which one if their socials weren't connected to both. Personally I think that Andrea thought that Chris was too stupid to catch on & that's why she kept it as is. If she were smart about it, she would have gone to another bank & got a post office box to send her statements too.
i do not condone domestic abuse but when her husband punched the SHIT OUTTA HER! i was like "YES!!" because shes been throwing verbal and mental body blows at her husband since the begining of this damn movie so RIGHT ON! for him.
but people are not so black and white in real life. Maybe Tyler was attempting to humanise the husband by showing some of the terrible decisions he made. This doesn't excuse the wife's behaviour.
