Keziah Jones fait monter doucement la température. L’artiste Nigerian distille quelques titres de son nouvel album (un album d'exception je dirais pour l'avoir dans notre collection) Le public s'émoustille et s'agite, écoutez donc un extrait de ce concert exceptionnel avec ses chorus lumineux et inspirés qui émaillent un set mené de main de maître par un Marcus au mieux de sa forme et c'est la virtuosité funky qui démarre en trombe..Marcus Miller est aussi un artiste simple qui se nourrit de la proximité avec son public. C’est enfin un leader à l’instinct musical proche du génie et c'est l’apothéose, dans une sorte de communion extatique dans ses bœufs improvisés avec les musiciens de Kezia Jones ..Cette reprise est un monument et j'aime ça !!

Möge er noch lange gesund bleiben - und unfassbare Konzerte - mit seinen immer hervorragenden Bands! - spielen - ein "Nachfolger" ist weit und breit nicht in Sicht...

I call this bull shit! I'd like to find a good Bass Player. Not Marcus Miller for sure. Poor kids at this concert were cheering so madly and for what? A rehash of by gone music that was not even done in good taste. It's called making money off of someone else's work. I don't dig it at all. All his shows are mediocre at best. But hey, they have to make somebody famous to sell their bass amps and bass guitars you know. Show us some actual artists, please! -Peter

Marcus should have gotten a real engineer and lighting designer for this. instruments and keziah mic was low and you could see Marcus at 7:20 calling the monitor engineer to give him keziah on his wedge. the mix was not panned well drums did not have enough mics and the lights were horrible no solo cues and no end blinders. if you enjoyed this think of how much more you would have with the right techs running the show. either way they killed it
