She is a great teacher and supports him exactly where he needs to be supported! Also she is very respectful of all the indications that the composer gave us.

^ I will not disclose who she is, but I have the pleasure to say, that as a Boston Conservatory alumni, I worked with her and she played one of my juries and one of my recitals and she is an very pleasant person, and yes, a great accompanist. :)

Marcy is a wonderful teacher and performer. He is a very good listener and will do very well. Hope to see him perform in many concertos once covid is under control.

An excellent teacher and cellist. Thanks a lot for sharing this masterclass on youtube. Are there more masterclasses with Prof. Rosen planned to be uploaded on youtube (which would be quite useful for her fans from outside the US)? She is a real treasure of cello wisdom.

Awesome masterclass! So helpful. The student's mic was hot the whole time, the gain could be way lower. This was made 3 years ago so you've probably fixed the issue by now lol.

This is really nice and interesting, thank you for posting. May I suggest you write the names of the student cellist and of the accompanist in the description. They are performing for an audience and deserve to be named. An example of that good practice are the Boston Philarmonic's Maestro Zander's lessons.
