Nice work. However, I have a question. How did you embed the piston (what kind of steel did you use?) to the plastic part (I guess the black piston is plastic?).
@@zmajmr Sorry for my late reply. I have just seen ur msg. Thank you very much. Do you think screwing can hold the metal and plastic together under a pressure of 25-30 bars? Can we use any kind of glue? Or do you have any other ideas for another designs?
@@ehliyet_kemeri you can use injection molding technique , you inject liquid plastic under pressure in mold in which you have metal part, metal part i my threaded titanium part in this case (this is how original factory pistons are made), I am not fun of glue because oil in gun will sonner or later break glue and it will not end good, my advice is to buy original piston from Mares if you need to replace it Can screwing hold 25 - 30 bars, I think it can in case plastic have no cracks, this is why you never load gun out of water or you aim it in people or animals which you do not hunt, you never know what can happen , maybe your trigger is to soft , or piston have defect...
Ciao, il pistone originale è stato fatto al 100% in metallo, solo alcune parti per la sigillatura sono state fatte da gomma quindi era molto pesante e non va bene per l'utilizzo con il kit di vuoto, e altra cosa che mi ricordo ragazzo non riusciva a trovare pistone che hanno forma come originale, parte che aggancia per innescare. Così vantaggio è solo che è più leggero pistone originale in modo da poter utilizzare il kit di vuoto.
