One of the greatest leaders of the 20th century, great leaders are known by their surname… I doubt the current crop will go down in history as well, as Thatcher did.
@TheMrGobble, they're booing because that's all they could do. They had no policies to throw at her, they had nothing constructive to say, they were reactionary, insulting, sexist and backward. If, after an election, you can only boo, that says more about you than it does about Mrs. Thatcher's popularity. Childish reaction vs. quote from St. Francis of Assisi...I dunno, I prefer the latter.
Margaret Thatcher was, by far, the best Prime Minister this country ever had during my lifetime and I doubt, very much, that we’ll ever have another like her.
rajesh4cat Mrs Thatcher was the best prime minister for war. she won the war to keep Falklands British. This is amazing. However, wars are good to kill the poor -100% of the time. The reason is ,in every single country, there are more poor people than rich people. In the Falklands war for example. Lots of Argentenian and British poor people died. A few ,5 or 6 rich people died. How many died in the Sir Gallahad?
@@christiand4630 Thanks for the correction but there's no need to be so nasty about it! (Who on earth says things like "double wrong" when they talk to a civil person?!). Anyway, yes, I did make a mistake. I was thinking of another journalist. Thanks again for the correction.
The beginning of the end for Britain. This woman set the country on a course that undid previous decades of progress. Her leadership allowed uncontrolled greed to run roughshod over the rights of individual citizens. On her watch, we saw progress demolished as privatisation took hold under the guise of competition. Fantastic for the well-off, a disaster for everyone else.
She took out a massive loan from the IMF in return for destroying white, industrial working class britain and made this island dependant on foreign imports 😂😂😂
