This is an island-inspired escape offers high-end accommodations, world-class dining and entertainment, and the most relaxing facilities and amenities around. I will give updates and tours of the new condos at Embassy Suites by Hilton and private cottages and villas at Margaritaville. From there, we will see Sunset Walk for some of the area’s best shopping, dining, and entertainment at the Promenade.
HOA and Club membership fees:
At Margaritaville:
Monthly HOA fee is charged at $548.72 which includes the following: 24-Hour Guard, Cable TV, Community Pool, Internet, Maintenance Grounds, Maintenance Repairs on the exterior, Pest Control, Pool Maintenance, Recreational Facilities, Trash and Water.
The Fins Up Beach Club membership gives access to the pools in the Resort, volleyball court, dog park and the gym, It also gives complimentary shuttle transportation to Disney, Sea World and Universal Studios with a monthly fee of $180.60.
At Embassy Suites by Hilton
Owner's condo association includes HOA management fees, Oasis Beach Club, Hotel Shared Expense: fitness center, water, cable, internet, irrigation, lawn maintance building insurance, pest control, trash, front desk, cleaning, etc and finally condo electric is a monthly fee $1,133.89
- Additional perks: complimentary resort and theme park shuttle. Free made to order breakfast.
