I’ve only ever heard tenor banjo in Irish music. I had no idea chords could sound that great on it. Eddy is obviously absolutely amazing on this instrument, this blows me away

That bridge placement breaks the Siminoff rule for sure.I always believed that having the bridge closer to the center if the head makes the head more sensitive to vibrations. I have two of those Gold Tone plastic ukulele banjos that I made multi scale fret board for. I tune it like a mandolin. The E is a fourteen inch scale and the G is a fifteen inch scale. All of the strings intonate with in a nickle and average string tension is nine pounds.
