i have been a fan of Marianas Trench for 7 years now (since i was 9) and I have watched them and their music change so much over the years but i will always call them my favorite band because of the raw talent that exudes them no matter how old i get my heart will always have a spot for these boys.
they're so underrated and i want them to gain more attention because they deserve it but like im afraid that they wont be MY band again idk i mean theyre not my band specifically but im afraid if they grow therell be fake fans and they wont be my precious secret idk
This album.. This wonderful achievement.. Astoria is a an ABSOLUTE masterpiece.. Josh Ramsay a singer who has no equal single handedly wrote and composed all of the songs on this album.. He is without a doubt a musical genius and his flawless skill as a musician reminds me so much of Freddie Mercury that I feel Marianas Trench is by far the most underrated rock band of the 21st Century.. This world needs to change..
teenage me was so privileged to not have understood the feeling behind these lyrics when this came out - that being said, now that heart squashed present me is listening to this all I can think is "if Josh Ramsay had the exact same fears as me it'll all pan out okay" thx pal
I love, love, love Matt and Josh's voices together. Also MT is hands down not only one of Canada's greatest bands, but just one of the greatest band's in general. You don't find vocal range like Josh's every day, he's even greater live, and the overall production quality and cohesion of their albums is phenomenal. There's a strong fan base, but they deserve a lot more for how talented they are.
This is better than their music video, his voice sounds more real and awesome in this... a old friend introduced me to this.. I miss him so much 😢 he was sending me a message through this song and didn't realize it was too late again.. been 3 years..
