i dont agree with you on this.

I totally agree with him. Also Breuker is mentioning a type Louis van Gaal coach. But the most essential thing about van Gaal, was he likes to control everything from staffmembers, to chairmans to what diets to be used. This just doesn't work with Ajax policy today in age where you have the RvC and board to decide who's the staffmember and who's not. That's why a type of van Gaal will never work

He’s a bit like the old heads in the board at Ajax at the moment.. that’s why we’re where we’re at at the moment. They stubbornly hold on to what they think is the “Ajax way”.. what they forget is we were also know for our innovation of the game.. since football as a whole changed a lot.. we can’t stay doing what we been doing.. we need to adapt and accept that we have to change to modern day football.. I personally don’t give a F about a formation.. as long as we’re playing attacking football with a high intensity and pressure. Especially in the Eredivisie, we should take on every club head first and with the foots on their throat. Clubs should be afraid of us again. High pressure, and high tempo, off the ball movement.. don’t ball hog for ages before you play to the next player.. Teams should look at each other on the field like wtf 😬..
