This is her real voice but just a little pitched for the sake of the accent. The closet to it I've heard. Everyone knows and loves Marilyn but I want to know and love Norma Jean.
The most risque in bed together scene in movies up to that point. Don Murray still has "One foot on the floor" as the Production Code dictated, but still looks pretty darn close :)
To be honest, I am not too comfortable with this scene. How can he come in like that into a lady's room and nobody is doing anything. Well, it is just a movie anyway, and there's Marilyn so I'll enjoy it! ( I just hope others didn't treat Marilyn like this in real life, treating her with no privacy and no personal space)
Yikes - that Southern accent is pretty bad - I liked Marilyn's films prior to her joining the Actor's Studio. I think Lee Strasberg really messed with her head.
