recipe for pork chop marinade: 1/2 cup soy sauce 1 1/2 tbsp brown sugar 2 tbsp lemon juice 2 tbsp worcestershire sauce 2 tbsp cooking oil 1 clove garlic (more or less, to your liking) 1/8 tsp ginger 1/2 cup water mix and toss in a bag together w/ chops to marinade for grilling later :) This sounds like a simple recipe, thanks. I looked up several and all were too complicated, which i am sure were fantastic, but i have all these ingredients at home, so sounds simple enough. I'll be doing these tonight for dinner :)

I cracked up at the "little lemon" thingamajig! :D Sorry, first time I've seen such a cute lil container! I'm far from being a good cook, but I like "eyeballing" my ingredients as well. Makes me feel like a pro. LOL. Great instructional video, sir! I'm sure to make some pork chops for my girlfriend this weekend!
I made pork chops this past Friday with your recipe They came out delicious 😋 will keep your recipe I left them marinated for 24hrs was delicious Thanks for your recipe
Alot of people throw the meat on and discard the marinade I'm glad I'm not the only one who knows it would make the meat way more juicy. It would be 50% more dry and flavorless without that glaze during the grill/smoke of the meat. I've always used virgin oil or light coat of melted butter for a thicker paste but it's the 1st time I seen someone mix water with the base. I'll have to try it since its more healthy
Just did this and it was superb! I used fresh crushed garlic and lemon because I had it lying around and grilled em a couple minutes to keep nice and juicy. wow what a nice flavour! thanks man
I made this this evening for me & my partner i did it on my health grill, and it was really nice, and im not a good cook at all, thanks for sharing it. Will be making it again. The only thing i didnt put in to the marinade was the ginger as i dont like ginger, i put a half teaspoon of oregano enstead and i was delish!
Worchester shier needs to be shaken well before poring. trust me it's not the same with out shaking. I thought it was hot out? why did you have on a sweat shirt? I really don't care how you dress or poor especially beer! this was amazing hot, cold, bee,r or no beer. this stuff rocks good job!!!!
I wanted to watch the whole thing but it's painfully tedious. I would recommend getting all those ingredients situated first and then just dump dump them in your bowl like they do on the well produced food shows
