As an Orioles fan I hate the Yankees and hope they nose-dive in the second half.

As an Orioles fan it’s nice to know there are nice fans of all teams. As you can see from my friend above, usually it’s the angry individuals that are the loudest so it’s easy to be bitter about all Yankee fans. I appreciate this comment (in spite of the fact I’m not an Oriole I’m just an Oriole fan 😂🙏)

As much as I’ve disliked the Yanks for four decades now I appreciate your sentiment. I really, really (REALLY) hope our fan base doesn’t get as entitled and insufferable as Houston, L.A. or… you know. But we’ve already got clowns on here talking smack like the birds are some kind of perennial powerhouse now. When I was a kid the East belonged to the Os and Yanks. I’m glad to see that restored now. In my opinion it’s one of the best rivalries in the sport. Best of luck to y’all the rest of the way.

Yankee fan here as well. Love the Orioles, great ball club and fun team to watch. Hopefully we see some good games between the two for many years!

Who had those expectations? I agree that they're lucky to have won a single game here. But they're just not playing at a level to even expect 2-2 in NY. Again, they'll be lucky to get a win at all. This offense is almost historically bad.

@@donnydrips When you say something like that you're just exposing you don't know baseball. Mariners right now are about middle of the pack in terms of wRC+ and that's with slow starts from Julio, JP, Garver, and Polanco considered. Since April 5th, right after the opening home stand, the Mariners offense is 8th in baseball by wRC+. Tell me how a Top 10 offense is historically bad?

I wouldn’t say the Mariners are a lesser team. They are above .500 and have one of the best starting pitching staffs in MLB.
