Crosswind??? The wind is completely calm, you can still see the smoke on the runway in the next landing. Nice sideslips, though ;)

I only watched a couple of minutes of that, what the heck are you burning in there. If it's a two stroke engine, try adding some more gasoline to your oil! If it's a 4 stroke, stop adding oil.
