Been seeing a big rise of Super Mario creepypasta games lately!

This could actually be adapted by Nintendo into an official game of theirs, similar to how Doki Doki Panic was adapted into a Super Mario title and thus the content from the Famicom original became part of the Mario Multiverse. This could be named something like “Bowser’s Curse”, effectively the ultimate Uno Reverse in which he and his minions from modern times warp through space and time to the period where the Mario Brothers first rescued the Princess. With his newfound power and brawn and brains, he turns the tables on the Brothers and drops the bridge on them into the lava itself, leaving them in the Underwhere-Game Over-ed-and Bowser’s Curse, hence the game’s name, to take effect, preventing the peaceful future that was the salvation of the Mushroom Kingdom and therefore the Princess’ plans to make the diplomatic relations needed for the Mushroom World we usually think of today to eventually take shape. It wouldn’t just be an innovative spin on the usual Super Mario formula, where you’d have to get your moves back and eventually combine all of them to restore the original timeline. It’d give players a much stronger connection with the individual characters in the Mario franchise as a whole, and help to introduce the latest generation (i.e. Z and Alpha) to the fundamental building blocks that originally made the greater Mario franchise and subsequently the Super Mario series so deep and intriguing to begin with. I’ve been invested in the lore of Mario for a long time now, and even as far back as the original Super Mario Brothers and Donkey Kong, where he was actually known by his modern name, albeit specifically “little Mario”. Nintendo, if you’re somehow reading this crawling RU-vid, you’d better be taking notes right away. Because whether one’s a hardcore fan only interested in the gameplay and nothing more, or a casual player more into the lore than anything else, both sides will benefit greatly, especially after the New Super Mario Brothers tetralogy.
