In this mod, you can play games to unlock new settings. I managed to unlock most of them. For some strange reason, the settings that are won from beating N64 Coin mode and getting Gold in all four cups in Elimination mode in 150cc would not save. Anyway, the rest of the unlockable content won't be available until future releases.
