MKDS was the best, because it packed a huge emotional punch which said "Hey, you did it. Here's your rest, until next time." Honestly, I actually cried the first time I heard MKDS's credit theme because it was that powerful. No messing about with long montages, no fast-paced songs that made you get up and dance without acknowledging your achievements. Just a simple scene and a simple melody to make you relax and think about how much you'd achieved, and it was a great finale to what I think was one of the best Mario Kart games ever.

Eventhough I grew up with the Wii version, my favorite credits theme is the N64 version.

The N64 end credits theme is my favorite, it brings so much nostalgia :)

Everytime I hear Mario Kart 64's ending, I always get a nostalgia rush and a tear to my eye. I remember being a young kid and passing DK right before the finish line on Rainbow Road to beat the game, then hearing this. Man, I just want to get an N64 and replay this.

Mario kart 64 is incredible. In my top 2 ending video game music with Metroid NES!!! Extremely intense with great chords progression!!!! A great work of art!! I would like to shake the hand of the composer for that timeless master piece!!!

the N64 theme has so much soul, it gives me chills with the cinematic camera angles and whatnot ever since then, nothing has come close to it, not. even. once.

the feeling of finishing a game is different than any other feeling. you feel a strange confident feeling, only after you finish a game.

Mario Kart will forever be my favorite racing game series. Nintendo really knows how to make a racing game series.

All credits ranked: 9. 7 Really not feeling that saxophone 8. Super Mario Kart Its a bit weird at first but I have grown to like it 7. Double Dash It started good, but got kinda boring 6. 8 Its good, but slightly forgettable 5. DS Its slow and emotional, really brings back memories, maybe too sad for such a bright and crazy game 4. 64 Dont have too much to say, its just overall a very solid theme 3. Super Circuit Very peppy and happy, sounds impressive for being on the Gameboy 2. Wii Brings back so much nostalgia, sounds outstanding, no complaints its almost the best one 1. Booster Course Pass This theme goes hard, and it acts as a farewell to not only Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, but for Mario Kart Tour aswell. It has been an amazing 9 years of Mario Kart 8, and it went out with the best credits theme in the series!

The best thing about this video is that everyone's debating whether 64 or DS is better. I of course have to say DS. Whooping my friend's butts with the Egg 1 was one of my fondest memories of playing and always will be one of my favorite Mario Kart games.

My first reaction to Mario Kart 7's song: "Oh man, Nintendo went Gran Tursimo on us!" Gran Tursimo usually has nice jazzy, funky music, I really like it.

The change of music from SMK to MK64 is so huge, even the current ones can only get so close to it. Nobody will ever realize how much music was important in the 90s games compared to now.

To me, Mario Kart 64's credit roll is by far the best out of the series. I love how it displays all 16 of the tracks through the credits and ends with staring at Princess Peach's castle, along with Mario's iconic voice "Ey! You very good! See you next time!". The music always makes my eyes start flooding.

Double Dash Is my favorite Mario Kart. And I still do to this day.

It also now feels like a tribute to Charles Martinet; even if this video was made before Mario Kart 8 and MK8 DX were created. He has sadly retired from his four roles as of Super Mario Wonder.

My favorites are Mario Kart 64, Mario Kart Double Dash, Mario Kart DS, and Mario Kart Wii. But overall, Double Dash is the best for me.

Honestly the one thing I loved about Mario Kart Wii was the massive selection of characters and I wish some of them came back in the eight one Initial Example Biwser Jr.

We've really left the days of good, memorable credits. In the N64 days and before, you could really do a lot with a credits sequence because you had maybe 30 people to credit, compared to the scrolling laundry lists of credits we have these days. Even just the "Hey you're really good! See you next time" and Super Mario 64's "Thank-a you so much for-to playing my game!" sort of encouragement and thanks would be great to see again.

For me, the Mario Kart DS End credits bought back some great memories. I also love Wii, 7, and Double Dash's credit themes too.

I don't think I can watch Mario Kart Wii's credits ever again without tearing up. And I usually don't tear up even in sad scenes. But the music. It's too beautiful for the credits.

I love the Wii's song and how you see all the characters racing in the first part of the ending and I love the Wii's ending because it was the very first Nintendo game I played and finished :D

7 : that was a sick jazz. And it has 2 versions, one when you complete a final cup, and the other one when you complete the game. Wii, the most sportive one, with 2 credits, one very nostalgic and chill, and the second one, perfect to end a sportive meeting (a motocross event, for example). 64 : what can I say about this jewel, aside from that it makes me cry...

When I grew up playing Mario Kart 64 (which I got right now), this brought me tears in my eyes! So, Mario Kart, hands down!

I think the DS credits are the best, because it feels like the racers are driving home because they have finished all of the races, and I have a strong feeling that is what they are doing.

i know a lot of ppl who would say that 7’s approach was different to the others, but to me that was what i loved about it. completing the cups and coming out on top was a celebratory moment to me all the time, and those credits made it even better for me. big up MK7

I think I'm the only one here who likes the Double Dash credits a lot more than the others.

Mario kart DS was my first game in the series and Nintendo consoles or in general. But Mario kart Wii was my first Wii game and got me into Nintendo, and will always be my favorite! I shred a tear when I hear the staff credits

Ironically, those are the only ones i've played, along with Mario Kart 64.

SNES is a forever remaining classic for all ages, 64 is a joyful, happy ending of a game full of hard work, Super Circuit is a congrats for finishing the game, Double Dash is a fun, cool tone to relax you after the stress of Rainbow Road, DS is like end credits for a movie with a relaxing side to it, Wii is a cheer for completing everything in one go, And 7 is a spiced up version of DS. Each credit roll has its own meaning in my opinion !!

As someone who never owned MKDS, I will sadly never truly understand the feelings that came from its credits theme... Ah well, at least I have the SNES, 64, Wii, and 7 themes to absolutely cherish, Wii especially.

When I replayed MKWII and saw the credits... I actually wanted to cry, the game is that amazing, and when Satoru Iwata’s name appeared at the end, I wanted to cry EVEN MORE.

I like the Super mario kart credits the best, but I admit that Mk7's ending is exellent
