The only time in the Franchise where all Retro Tracks are the same amount. Mario Kart 9 for the Switch I say should have the same amount, 2 from each, thus making 16. I could be wrong though if they decide to return to having 20.
There’s only one n64 that hasn’t yet been remade, so if they ever make a Mario kart nine (which I highly doubt), they should make one n64 track, three from the Wii U/switch, and two of everything else.
Mario Kart DS, 7, and 8 are the easiest Mario Kart games. I do find Wii harder than Double Dash. The first three games are definitely the hardest for me, but still fun.
Lightning Cup Mario Kart Tour (the obvious tracks): GCN Mushroom City (all retro tracks in the lightning cup starts with the track that was actually the second track of the star cup) GBA Rainbow Road (MK7 had SNES, MK8D had N64) The other 2 IDK. 3DS Maka Wuhu is inapropriate for the Lightning Cup. SNES Mario Circuit 4 as well.
