Oh yes mk7 does different if fact it sounds different from the original especially the DS retro course has compression since mk7 bgm is 32728 so it’s slightly different then the normal 4100 or 32000 like in Wii plus dk pass has a slightly reversed with a slightly unnoticeable echo to it. That I did the exact same thing with shrooms ridge to. Tried and making it feel like what it could have sounded like in mk7

A second Wise Lugia reupload has hit the RU-vid’s. I guess this one has a less compressed bass? I’ll guess the next course, you’ll do an MK7 MKDS track?

No. No decay for the Liquid Bass so its true to the original.

@@UltraNintendoChalmers64 That's because Nintendo chose to use the higher notes instead of the low notes.

@@awiselugiawait, I think I realized something. The “unknown synth bass” might be the liquid bass’s lower notes. They actually sound insanely similar when put to the same octave. But they’re separate channels due to being used in different contexts. I could be wrong though.

@@UltraNintendoChalmers64 Unfortunately, no. The unknown synth bass used here is sampled at G2, and the Liquid Bass outputs a different waveform depending on how high or low the note being played is. It's believed that the synth bass is part of some sort of sample library since similar basses can be found in Best Service Gigapack, but they aren't a match.
