I make music covers in NES, SMS, Genesis, & SNES styles. Some consider my work as "Underated Masterpieces." The only composer of the Sonic Colors Genesis series.
I prefer you being happy than too much on the web, I myself recently closed a couple of accounts on sites and social medias to limit having too much connections. I saw instant improvements on the way I was feeling due to the absence of the stress people were causing and the feeling of "having to log in the platform because people are waiting for me and questions if i'm not there". Be safe and well! 😃
I would say that's another reason for my temporary departure. Every time I listen to my own remixes, especially the Sonic Colors Genesis series, it always makes me proud, and I want to return to it with a fresh mindset to excel in what I used to always love doing.
I was expecting you to leave a lot sooner especially back in early May, but I am happy that you made all of this content before then. It’s also good that you’re saying this in advance and not just going away without informing everyone. Orj hasn’t made a video in a while and he hasn’t informed anyone of why he’s gone. I’m hoping he comes back or at least tells everyone what is going on. I’m kinda concerned. Maybe it’s just school since he’s only 18. One piece of advice is to make sure you don’t get bogged down by a schedule. You don’t have to make daily content and it shows you have been burnt out. I’m sure you can’t really make this a career since you are a small RU-vidr and can’t monetize your videos anyway. So you might have to focus on other things.
Saxophones sounds better due to less compression of course and there’s also a bit more stacato with the lead sawtooth, though it sounds about the same otherwise. Of course, the drums are also less punchy, due to it being less compressed.
@@awiselugia an electric wind instrument. I don’t know. I saw the same wavelengths for a saxophone in some parts. Perhaps they used another synth and a saxophone synth in the same channel. I’m not sure.
I always found this territory very weird due to how fast it went, just seeing the characters drift super fast and then the 2nd and third place racers driving towards the camera while the first place racer does their victory animation. A different vibe than with other games’ victory ceremonies. Also, I know they play on the same channel, but I love how the triton trumpet just looks like it transforms into a bass lol. As for the cover itself, it sounds better than the original due to being more clearer, especially the main synths.
Ironically it doesn't sound that bad via hardware ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-LJCDRnOHHmI.htmlsi=8vmarOSB6TqmHgHe Personally I find this to sound quite decent, only when it's being ripped does it sound horrendous
@@MarioKartSuperCircuit yeah, i guess the lack of bass and crunch through the DS speakers obscure most of the sample. putting on headphones though makes it evident that it's horrendous.
Who knew that a different Triton Instrument would make the climax of the song sound much better? Of course, the distortion guitar sounds a lot better too, obviously.
The only and best way to describe this DS cover (not downgrade) is "Asphalt" and "Thwomp", even Brick if you want, because it's what it sounds like, this song screams asphalt and brick in the way it's made and I really am one of the few that doesn't think this is a bad remake but an intentional direction, atleast for the DS it personally fit perfectly with the style of that game and they could've made it like the GBA if they wanted as proven by someone who did it with the instrument set of the game so to me this is an intended cover take simply. I was looking foward to this one due to how unique it is and it does pay off the stereo and clarity is better I love it! Dunno what's next but you're doing everything great!
It’s a good composition but the instrumentation is horrible. Thats why the DS version sounds so bad. The restored version sounds better, but is still a tad bit off. I think it would be cool if you made an alternative cover that sounded more like the GBA version.
i always wondered why the distortion guitar sounded so awful, but i feel like despite the Black or White sample, it always had the potential to sound at least decent.
It's the composer's strange decision to use this guitar, but only on lower octaves, even though it's sampled at E5. They could've used some guitars previously used in Super Circuit.
A delight every single uploads! I really loved Cheep Cheep Beach and this one, your uploads really sound like studio recordings before console compression good job as always! 😎
I think this sounds close to the original just missing a few trumpets and instruments Same goes for gcn Luigi circuit in the demo however gcn mushroom bridge sounds close to the original not a single instrument is missing from that one 😂. I find it odd to have 5 laps but still chaotic with the green and reds shell and blue shell though even with the unique items from MKDD like the bowser shell
You are incorrect. GCN Mushroom Bridge has a synth bell that does not return in the Kiosk Demo. It also has a low tenor sax that's also missing. Instead, the kiosk demo has a Harmonica that does not exist in the original GCN song, as well as a high tenor as opposed to a low tenor.
I was very busy recently, but I adored the Mission restorations and both bridges! Really cool addition of bells here it does give the FCN vibe to the DS vibe it's sick! Love your work as always! :D I know it's controvercial to talk about GBA Bowser Castle 2 but I kind of really like the unique dark and piano take it took along with its beat based style, if it's in your list can't wait! But if you do, a better stereolisation might be on the table because I remember it being a bit weird in headphones as they splited the song in two different speakers XD
