So a little of back history for Lee's crash... Lee has mods in his switch, specifically a Andross mod over Rosalina, unafortunaly that mod has a ton of reflective textures and consumes a lot of memory making the game hard desync and sometimes crash... tge worst part is Lee called that out and he said outloud "I could swap the switch for a normal one", and still didn't do it, everyone in chat, including me got tilted outta our minds

I was on Lythero's stream at the time. Can confirm, they are pretty good. They lasted till the finals. Lythero had mods on his switch for the game. (which doesn't affect performance) One of the mods he placed made his game crash in the finals and cost him the entire match. It was crazy.

The only time aesthetic mods affect the game directly are music mods, but only on Music Park & Mario Circuit, because the music notes & Goombas(on their respective courses) move in rhythm to the music.

Alpharad literally only had to say "Content". It's such a dumb and rude question, specially considering this is the guy known for twists - he's literally handed them entertainment content on a silver platter and they just go "lmao, no, I wanna win and completely ignore my job as a twitch entertainer". Unprofessional. The teams could easily agree to split the winnings outside of camera.

dont really see how it was unprofessional or rude: if i went into the tourney as part of a team, i wouldve preferred it if i stayed as part of a team, and clearly almost everyone held the same sentiment. wouldve been perfectly happy to race individually afterwards or if the ffa in grand finals thing were announced beforehand so that we dont have to break up the team at the drop of a hat. and afaik (judging only from the video, i wasnt there live) the rejection wasnt really rubbed in alpha's face either, nor did they come off with a tone along the lines of "no fuck you dude". just a firm rejection because they wanted to play through to the end - im cool with that.
