He/she gets the Homebrew channel then gets riivolution with it, then it can make you hack texture, music anything, he/she puts the SD card from his/her Wii to his/her computer/laptop then it goes in to a file, then he/she can hack the music, he/she changes it on his/her computer/laptop then when it's done how he/she wanted it to be done, he/she takes the SD card out of the computer/laptop then he/she puts in to the Wii and then he/she turns the Wii on and then plays Mario Kart Wii.
Im epic at that game, the only thing I don't have unlocked is m second mii and thats because I broke it to where I can't get my second mii. XD btw you should have all been the same character...

I know this was posted over 6 years ago and you probably found out already, but to get him you must get a 1 star ranking or higher on all of the 150cc Wii cups (Mushroom, Flower, Star, and Special).
@@sugaru330 Getting 1 star on every cup would indeed fulfill the set of cups you'd need to get stars on to unlock dry bowser, so yeah you aren't entirely wrong unless you mean you proofchecked my system and you found it worked, in which case, thx np
